I worked here previously as the Assistant Director of Nursing Services and have chosen to return because of the unique, ethnically diversified, and multi- discipline environment of Trinity Hill Care Center.

Our Nurses and Certified Nurses' Aides work cohesively with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary team to continuously provide high quality nursing care. We utilize the Person Centered Planning approach to promote individualized, specialized Health Care Services.
